Status Legend
Min NOT Met = The number of minimum cabins have not been met yet
In Process = The minimum number of cabins have been met and the sailing is being processed to determine if it can be Staffed/Added to Schedule
Added to Schedule = The sailing has been processed as a Staff-Assisted Cruise and is now open for bookings on the Staff-Assisted Cruise Schedule
Minimum Number of Cabins Required
| 12 months or more before the cruise: | 4 cabin minimum |
| Between 10-11 months before the cruise: | 5 cabin minimum |
| Between 9-10 months before the cruise: | 6 cabin minimum |
| Between 6-8 months before the cruise: | 7 cabin minimum |
| Less than 6 months before the cruise: | 8 cabin minimum |
NOTE: After minimum cabin bookings are met, AotS will attempt to secure Staff and Ship Venues for Respite, prior to sailing becoming a Staff Assisted Cruise. Just meeting the minimum number of cabins does not guarantee a Staff Assisted Cruise.
PENALTY: Cruises are subject to removal from Staff Assisted Schedule if any cabins that are canceled, that are part of the minimum number of cabins, prior to the Final Payment Date.
