Help this princess get to Disney

Each new day brings about new surprises and challanges when your raising a child but espicially when your raising a child with special needs. This time eleven years ago my life was forever changed by the biggest blessing i would ever receive yet with this blessing would also come many hurdles to overcome. I held this perfect little angle in my arms with the confidence i would forever protect her, but it was only three short months before i felt like i had already failed her. Hearing the words you child has a brain disorder and they dont know what the future brings, well there's really no words to even being to describe what that feels like. How is that one can go from being healthy to being told that they would never live a normal life? that they would never see, they would never talk, they would never have movement or control of their body? how is one to process this? .... Well to tell you the truth, I'm still processing all of this.

Encephalitis and cerebral palsy are such scary conditions/disabilities but they do not define my daughter. Although she doesn't live a so called normal life we have learned to live each day in the moment, we have learned not to make excuses, that things may be harder but nothing is impossible.

Having the opportunity of taking her to Disney would mean the absolute world to me, we have unfortunately had many failed attempts at taking our family to local amusement parks to only be turned away. I'm unsure if its us of the equipment that scares them away.
