• Staff Assisted Cruises are scheduled approx 10-16 months in advance.
• Request your "Own" Staff Assisted Cruise If the cruises below do not fit your schedule
• Staff Assisted Cruises have an AotS Service Fee that average just $20-$30 per person, per day, over the current cruise line pricing (some Disney, and non-RCL cruise fees can be as much as $60 pp/per day).  This fee is already included in the pricing found on all of the Cruise Pages (links below).
  PLEASE NOTE: AotS Service Fees vary by sailing and are not calculated by day, but by cruise (depending on various factors including staff cabin costs, and other "Fixed Staff Expenses" such as staff recruitment, staff training, staff preparation and staff travel expenses, etc.).
• Stay Informed when new Cruises are Released
• PLEASE DO NOT WAIT TO RESERVE A CABIN  The longer you wait to deposit a cabin, the higher the prices will go, and the least likely the cabin (or ANY cabin) will be available.
  

• Extended Family & Friends - Our Staff Assisted Cruises are open to all Extended Family and Friends (or families/individuals traveling without a child with special needs).
  Extended family and friends can book directly with us for the same pricing as they would book direct with the cruise line (our Service Fee is WAIVED for Extended Family & Friends), and they also receive all of the same benefits and services, including expedited/priority boarding, dinner seating, private venue sessions, reserved show seating, siblings and child friends can attend our respite sessions, etc, etc

  AotS Service Fee APPLIES to Immediate Family Members (incl in pricing above):  Parents, Caregivers, Guardians, Guests (of any age) with Special Needs, Siblings of Guest with Special Needs
  AotS Service Fee DOES NOT apply to Friends and Extended Family Members:  Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins of Guest with Special Needs, Friends of Guest with Special Needs
  How to Book Extended Family & Friends  Simply call us, use the Booking Form below, or use the Cruise Transfer Form (if already booked).  Our forms allow you to designate the Guest Type.
