Talking Script - Explaining AotS Services

This is a sample script to use in explaining our services:

Staff is provided at a ratio of 1 staff member for every 2 guests with special needs. The staff is accessible to you around the clock, starting when you get to the port. At the port you will have expedited check-In, security, and boarding. The staff assist your family at all meals, where the goal is to provide uninterrupted meals 3 times per day. They also provide Respite 2 hours on Sea Day afternoons and 2 hrs every night. Each cruise also has one evening respite that is 3 hrs long through dinner time to allow parents to dine alone. Private Entertainment Venue sessions are provided with Staff Assistance which allows all the family members to use the venues such as the Rock Wall, Ice Skating, Pool Slides, the FlowRider which is a surf simulator found on many royal Caribbean ships, and many others. At these private venue sessions the Staff will assist those with special needs, and/or watch those with special needs while other family members use the venue. This can be especially valuable for single parent families. Staff assisted Pool time is provided every Sea Day, and staff coordinated and assisted beach excursions. The staff aide in transition assistance 24 hrs per day to help parents with children going to and from anywhere onboard.   There is also 1:1 Staff Service available which provides exclusive and flexible staff assistance throughout the cruise.
