Jordana Izzo
Jordana Izzo is the Director of Accessible Travel with Travelmation. Based in Rhode Island, she lives with her two sons, Salvatore and Leonardo. Inspired by her own family’s experiences—especially traveling with Sal, who has autism—Jordana is passionate about making the world more accessible for every traveler. Since beginning her career in 2019, she has become a leading advocate in the accessible travel community, earning recognition such as the TravelAge West Upward Bound Rockstar Travel Advisor Under 40 Trendsetter Award (2024) and TravelPulse 40 Under 40.
She created an Accessible Travel Certification to coach other advisors in her agency on how to best serve clients with extra accessibility needs. Her work has been featured in numerous publications and podcasts, highlighting her dedication to inclusion and meaningful travel experiences. Jordana is also a supervisor for Travelmation. Jordana can’t wait to help you plan your next land vacation with Autism on the Seas, ensuring every detail is handled with care, understanding, and expertise.
Rachel Morelli
Rachel Morelli is a travel advisor with Travelmation and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst based in Connecticut. She helps families in the autism community discover the joy of traveling together. As both a professional and a mom to three little ones, she understands how meaningful it is to feel supported and confident when planning a vacation. Rachel is a Certified Autism Travel Professional (IBCCES) and an Autism Double Checked travel advisor. Her background as a BCBA gives her a unique perspective on travel, she helps families prepare for new experiences, build flexible routines, and find destinations where everyone can truly relax and enjoy time together.
She has shared her insight through continuing education programs, podcasts, and collaborations that promote accessibility and inclusion in the travel industry.
